Deleting your Blocks & Burrows account

Deletion is built into the app and takes effect at once. You do not need to write to us first.

In the app

1. Open Blocks & Burrows.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

What is removed

• Your player account (the anonymous Firebase sign-in).
• Your display name. It becomes free for someone else to use.
• Every run record, every Tumble Rush and Daily Burrow score, and your league entries.
• Your quest progress and your best result on each level.
• Your notification tokens.
• The record of your Burrow Pass on our server.
• The game data on your phone: Pip, coins, food, the burrow and your settings.

Nothing is kept after deletion, with three exceptions: messages you sent to support stay in our support inbox for up to twelve months; our hosting provider's request logs expire on their own schedule, a few weeks at most; and purchases are records of Google Play or the App Store (and RevenueCat's purchase history), so an active subscription keeps running until you cancel it in the store, and can be restored on a new account.

The next time you open the app it starts fresh, with a new anonymous account and a new generated name.

If you cannot open the app

Write to [email protected] with your display name and roughly when you last played, and we will delete the account within 30 days of matching it. Because accounts are anonymous, we cannot always match a request; uninstalling the app also ends your access to the account for good.
